The Best for Our Guests

At Roku Nana, we believe that doing one thing to the best of our ability is better than doing many things to an average standard. This is why we are only open for dinner, to make sure of the absolute freshness of our ingredients instead of keeping it all day. The speed that we serve our dishes might seem slow, but our Chefs and Sommeliers carefully observe every guest’s dining speed to make sure every dish and pairing is uniquely tailored to each guest.

Roku Nana aims to provide a truly unique omakase experience, which means we offer specially curated dishes from our 3 kitchens paired with our large selection of Saké. Based on these 4 pillars, every visit will be different than the last as our Chefs and Sommeliers pick out the best fit for you with the best ingredients we have that day.

Our 4 Pillars

Cold Kitchen

We start with Sashimi, making sure our guests’ have a neutral palate to fully experience the freshness of each ingredient. Our selection changes every day, depending on the best and freshest ingredients curated by our Chefs.

Hot Kitchen

Our hot dishes include fusion cuisine and are more flavourful, which would overpower the subtle tastes of Sushi. This is why we will never serve it before Sushi. We make sure that these dishes are always served hot for the most enjoyable experience, prepared depending on our guest’s tempo.

Yakitori Station

Prepared in front of your eyes, our Yakitori is served right off the grill. We prepare different parts of chicken with care and precision, then cook to different levels of doneness, which we also base on the guest’s preference. If left on the dish for too long, the skewers might get overcooked, making the timing much more delicate.

Saké Bar

Throughout these dishes, our Saké Sommelier will have picked out the best bottle of Saké for your evening, paired well with every course as well as suiting the guest’s tastes. We are proud of our accredited Saké Sommeliers who have earned their titles from the Saké Sommelier Association (SSA) based in London, UK, a unique advantage for Roku Nana.

Though selling Saké by the glass is more accessible and frequently requested, we still only offer Saké by the bottle. Roku Nana’s dedication to provide the best to every guest pushes us to only sell Saké by the bottle to ensure no bottle is kept too long and declines in taste, so that every sip is always the best quality.
